Ordering
How to place an order:
Simply use the Music tab to find what you're looking for, search for the album or CD, and follow the steps to make a purchase.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Absolutely, just follow the previous steps and "Add to Cart" to order multiple items at once!
Can I collect my order in-store?
Items brought online through the store are shipped to your address with care and perfect attention to detail. With special arrangements they can be collected in-store.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
All orders are processed through PayPal or WorldPay. If there are any difficulties don't hesitate to ask a member of staff!

If we don't what you're looking for, we can always order it in for you if you're sure you're going to buy it!
Why can't I buy used vinyl on here?
Discogs
All used vinyl are provided on our Discogs page where they are categorised and graded for the most enjoyable experience.

Can I order new vinyl?
New Vinyl
Absolutely! Just follow the store process and any vinyl you desire could be yours!
What if my vinyl is damaged?
Damage During Transport
If your purchase is damaged whilst in transport, you can be compensated with a refund or a replacement vinyl as long as the Post Office accepts accountability for the loss.
Damage After Transport
As soon as you have the vinyl, it's your job to take care of it!
I don't like the record I bought, can I swap it?
Within 7 days
All orders can be returned so long as it is within 7 days of the purchase and you have proof of purchase, such as a receipt AND as long as it is sealed and undamaged.
Can I listen to a record in your shop?
Listening in Store
Of course! We have record players in store playing music all the time!
Shipping
How do I know when my product has shipped?
So long as you've paid for the optional extras, you'll have email verifications and SMS messages letting you know exactly when your order is being prepared for shipping!
Can I track my order?
Yes, orders can be tracked through the emails sent to you when the order is in the transport process!
Gift cards
What can I do if a Gift Card is declined?
If the gift card doesn't belong to the store, it will be declined, you can still choose to buy the product with other methods of purchase.
Record sizes & quality
What are the standard sizes of records?
Standard size records are 12" (inches)
How do they affect playability and sound quality?
Because the records are 12", they have more space on each side, so the music has less distortion grooves and sounds clearer!
Equipment
Depending on the size of the record, you'll need a speed selection on your record player. For any queries about higher quality presses, don't hesitate to ask staff!
How should I store my records?
Storage
The best way to keep your records safe and sound when they aren't in use is to keep them in their sleeves and store them vertically in storage cases available for purchase in-store!
Can I film in the shop?
Permission
So long as you ask for permission, and the store isn't busy, there's no reason why you can't!
